A little bit about me…
I’m Cody Evans, a singer, pianist and performer with 15 years of experience in the performing arts. My passion for music began at the age of four, when I first started training in performing arts, and it has continued to grow ever since.
My professional debut came in 2017, when I performed in the Royal Shakespeare Company’s winter tour of Julius Caesar and Titus Andronicus at the Barbican Theatre. Since then, I’ve continued to build my experience across theatre, live music and education. I achieved a Distinction* D in BTEC Performing Arts at The Malling School Sixth Form, where I later returned as a Music Technician. I also teach Music and Drama at Showtime Performing Arts, sharing my passion with the next generation of performers.
Alongside my performance and teaching work, I’m proud to be the Lighting Director and Lighting Engineer for All The Queen’s Men, featuring the remaining members of Queen. Working alongside such iconic artists has been a real career highlight and has given me invaluable experience in the live music industry.
With over 10 years of piano experience, I’ve had the pleasure of performing across Kent, Surrey and East Sussex, providing live music for a wide range of occasions. My repertoire covers everything from timeless classics and jazz standards to modern favourites, helping create the perfect atmosphere for your event. I also perform on alto saxophone, adding something a little different to the music and bringing a fresh twist to some well-loved songs.
Whether you’re looking for relaxed background music, a lively singalong or something special to make your event memorable, I’d love to be part of it. I bring a professional, friendly and versatile approach to every performance, with a genuine passion for making sure every audience has a great experience.
Let’s make your event one to remember!
